This page explains, in plain words, what information this website uses and why. It applies to the Matrix Pro parts website and its quote list.

Who we are

Matrix Pro sells MATRIX PRO aftermarket car parts, with offices in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, write to info@matrixproparts.com.

No account, no tracking

You can use the whole website without an account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load content from other companies' servers.

What stays on your device

• Your quote list and the details you type in the quote form (name, company, country, phone, notes).
• Parts you viewed recently, so you can find them again.

These are saved only in your own browser. We cannot see them until you choose to send them to us. You can clear them at any time by emptying the list or clearing your browser data.

When you contact us

When you press WhatsApp or Email, your quote request opens in that app and you decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive your message and contact details through WhatsApp or your email provider. We use them only to answer your request and to follow up on your order. WhatsApp and email providers have their own privacy rules.

Searches

When a search on the website finds no parts, we save the search words (for example a part number) so we can add missing parts. We do not save who made the search.

Technical logs

Like all websites, our hosting server keeps short technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the website safe and working. These logs are not used for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the messages and details you have sent us. Write to info@matrixproparts.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

Changes

If we change how the website uses information, we will update this page.
